They are radio and television coporations broadcasting, fully or partly, in Arabic, from inside or outside Arab countries, owned and operated either by Arab governmental or private capital or by both of themand which abide by the Arab Media Code of Ethics. Their membership should be approved by three quarters of the members of the General Assembly.
