Active Members

  This category includes the radio and television organizations appointed by Arab member-states to act as their representatives at the Arab States Broadcasting Union.
ASBU ACTIVE MEMBERS

Participating Members

These represent radio and TV institutions broadcasting wholly or partially in Arabic from within or without the Arab countries. They are owned and managed by Arab funds, whether public, private or joint, and are bound to abide by the Arab Information Code of Honour. Admission to this category of membership requires the approval of 75% of the General Assembly votes.

Associate Members

Other radio and TV institutions requiring a three quarter majority vote by the General Assembly to be admitted as associate ASBU members.
